These Terms and Conditions are by and between Go Green Exteriors Ltd. (hereinafter the “Company”) and the Customer (hereinafter the “Customer”). Go Green Exteriors Ltd. reserves the right to confirm the driveway size before commencing the service. The Customer agrees to provide Go Green Exteriors with timely access to their driveway/ parking lot in order to deliver the necessary services.

Workmanship Guarantee

At Go Green Exteriors, we take pride in delivering professional, long-lasting driveway sealing services you can trust. That’s why we back every residential driveway sealing project with a 12-Month Warranty.

With our guarantee, you’ll never have to worry about:

• Missed spots

• Uneven or inconsistent coverage

• Excessive fading

If you notice any of these issues within 12 months of your driveway being sealed, simply give us a call — we’ll return and touch it up at no cost to you.

What’s Not Covered

While we fully stand behind our work, some factors are beyond our control and not covered under warranty:

• Normal wear and tear from snowplows, shovels, or heavy vehicles

• Oil stains, gas spills, or chemical damage

• Crack filler performance (crack filler is an intermediate fix and may reopen over time)

• Premature wear caused by unusual weather or traffic conditions

We guarantee no missed areas and no excessive fading for a full year after your driveway is sealed. If you spot any issues during this time, call us and we’ll make it right — free of charge.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If the Customer needs to cancel an appointment, we request at least 48 hours’ notice. If payment was made in advance, a full refund will be issued for any portion of the service not yet performed.

Go Green Exteriors Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a service and issue a full refund (if payment was made in advance) if it determines that the Customer’s driveway dimensions exceed the size associated with the quoted or paid price, or if the property is located outside the Company’s service area.

For sales completed in person following a direct sales interaction, the cancellation provisions outlined in the applicable provincial buyer’s or consumer’s right-to-cancel regulations shall apply.

Sales Taxes

If Go Green Exteriors Ltd. advertises a “Save the Tax” promotion, the company will embed the sales tax into the advertised pre-tax price for the service so that the amount payable equals the pre-tax price. For all sales, the Company will remit the corresponding sales tax to the relevant authorities. The applicable sales tax will be applied to all transactions.

Price Policy

Go Green Exteriors Ltd realizes that not all driveways are the same size or have the same conditions. That’s why we provide customized pricing based on your needs. The price charged online/ over the phone/ during a direct sales interaction will be honoured as long as the Customer has accurately described the size and conditions of their driveway/ parking lot.
